Summer Forrest Yoga Community Classes

Each class offer a clear breakdown of how to approach the practice technically and the most fundamental forms to master first.

90 minute classes are a combination of classic Forrest Yoga and the use of ceiling straps to support structural alignment and reduce compensation and compression in the practice. Open to everyone at all levels.

Classes are good for:

  • Working with pain, injuries and shortness of breath.

  • Decompression of joints, reduction of over-compensation patterns, re-education of structural support

  • Stress reduction and focused inward work
