Gentle Practices for Feeling Good
Great practices for starting or ending your day, These classes are 30 minutes long and filled with gentle practices to move stress out of the body. Our focus is on creating more ease and fluidity in our movement & breath patterns. Practices include Yoga, Qi gong, self-bodywork, and breath work.
Yoga Class with Injury Trouble-Shooting Q&A
Slower paced yoga classes focusing on the "medicine" available in each pose. Oriented towards building greater body awareness, getting more balance, healing injuries, and creating a greater alliance with gravity. Each class ihas a theme, a specific intent, to be explored as "inner work" during the practice. 60 Minutes yoga practice followed by 15 minutes of Injury Q&A or general troubleshooting.
Exploratory Movement Labs & Self-Bodywork Classes
Warm up our Major Joints, Relax & Open our Breath, Unwind Tension from our Fascial System, Move our Body, Blood, and Lymph, Heighten Proprioception, Re-wire Compensation patterns through Heightened Sensing.& Movement, Befriend Gravity. And learn Self-Bodywork, or how to perform MyoFascial Release Bodywork on yourself.
