Forrest Yoga Community Class

Live In-person Class in Los Angeles & Live-Streamed on Zoom

These 90 minute classes are a combination of classic Forrest Yoga and alternative down-leveled and up-leveled variations to support structural alignment and reduce compensation and compression in the practice. Open to everyone at all levels.

Classes are good for:

  • Unwinding tension, Stress reduction and focused inward work

  • Working with pain, injuries and shortness of breath.

  • Decompression of joints, reduction of over-compensation patterns, re-education of structural support
