The Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program
Uplevel your teaching, hand’s on assisting, and “seeing” skills in this year-long teacher training program.
The Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program is designed for graduates to go deeper into their Self-Development, Teaching and Healing Skills. The format includes two 4-Day immersions in Asana, Hand’s on Assisting, Class Sequencing, and Teaching. It is an opportunity to dive deeper into the medicine of Forrest Yoga and build upon the tools and growth experienced in the Foundational Teacher Training. It is a chance to cultivate your passion as a student, your unique authenticity as a teacher and at the same time strengthen your body and your healing skills.
The two 4-Day immersions are separated by 6 months and you will stay connected to the group by participating in Zoom meetings spaced in between immersions and afterwards. Each meeting have a specific teaching topic on key principles of Forrest Yoga and are opportunities for Beauty Reports, Q&A’s, and Homework check-ins.

Daily Schedule:
9-11:30am Morning Session - Yoga Ceremony and Intensive Class
1-6pm Afternoon Session - Hands on Assisting Clinics, Teaching & Sequencing Training, Running Ceremony, Teacher Development, Q&A’s
Registration, Fees, & Policies
Cost: $1400, Early bird $1200 by May 1st.
A deposit of $600 is required to enroll. The balance of the registration fee must be paid before the program begins.
Cancellations prior to 1 month before the training begins %100 refund. Cancellations between 1 month and the start of the training receive %50 refund. No refunds given after the training has begun.
